Anand Mohan Tiwari

Mr. Tiwari was in Indian Administrative Service and retired as Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat. He was also the Managing Director of Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizer Company, Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd., and Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd.
Mr. Tiwari has an experience of 20 years and his key specializations are livelihood development, training, community based organizations, quality education, gender equity and corporate social responsibility.
He led the World Bank & International Fund for Agricultural Development funded Swa-Shakti Project and has set up or strengthened few unique institutions like Development Support Agency of Gujarat, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, GSFC University, GSFC Agro-tech Ltd. and Gujarat CSR Authority.
Sarvesh Kaushal
Administration
Mr. Kaushal, and IAS officer and retired as Chief Secretary of Punjab has an experience of more than four decades. His expertise lies in water management, education, medical education, animal husbandry & dairy development, public relations, food storage and logistics, information technology and more. While serving the Government of Punjab, he was instrumental in setting up over 2000 unified service centres across the State, recovered over 60,000 hectares of water logging affected land and created an affidavit-free regime in public offices. He has been trained at TERI, National Law School, ASCI, IIM-Ahmedabad and Harvard Kennedy School, USA.
Shambhu Singh
Infrastructure Opportunities & North-eastern Regions
Mr. Singh was trained as an Economist before joining the Indian Administrative Service. In his career spanning over three decades, he has worked in Ministries of Highways Road Development, Power, Shipping, Home Affairs, Small Scale Industries and Labour and Employment in Government of India.
Some of his noteworthy contributions are starting Indo-Myanmar Border Trade, steering cluster development programme for SSI and creating a platform called Small Enterprises Network (SENET) and on-line sub-contracting exchanges for SSI units. Mr. Singh’s core areas are law, small scale industries, telecommunications, and information technology.
Sharad Bhatia
Resolution of Stressed Assets
Mr. Bhatia has worked with leading banking and finance groups- ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Axis Bank and Multiples Alternate Asset Management. He is known for his skills in resolution of stressed assets.
He is presently an independent Director on the Boards of Aditya Birla ARC Limited, Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund Limited, Kotak Mahindra Trustee Company Limited and Altico Limited., besides being on the Advisory Board of SLO Technologies, a start-up in the fintech space, which he has been mentoring since its inception. He has a B.E. in chemical engineering as well as an MBA. He also attended the Advanced Management Programat INSEAD, France.
Sujit Gulati

An IIT Delhi graduate, Mr. Gulati served as IAS Officer for 34 years and superannuated as Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Gujarat. He has a vast experience in diverse sectors such as Steel, Coal, Finance and Textiles, Industry, Energy & Petrochemicals, Labour, Geology & Mining, Information Technology, Transport and Finance. Widely travelled, Mr. Gulati represented the government during his visits to various countries and was also actively involved in the financial restructuring of SAIL, IISCO and Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited. He served as Director on the Boardsof Coal India, Western Coalfields Ltd., National Textiles Corp, and several others.
Sunil Srivastava

Mr. Srivastava is a career banker and has retired as Dy. Managing Director of the Corporate Accounts Group at the State Bank of India. During his last assignment, Mr. Srivastava was actively involved and spearheaded on behalf of the banking industry, the resolution and recovery process for most of the large corporates, both pre and post NCLT.
Post retirement, Mr. Srivastava has been engaged as a Sr. Advisor at Edelweiss, besides being engaged with the World Bank as a Sr. Advisor for their Energy and Extractives program in India. He also serves as an Independent Director on the boards of a few Companies.

Mr. Chaturvedi is retired as Executive Director from NTPC and worked as Independent Director on the board of India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd. He has also worked as a consultant with several companies and is a regular speaker at JFPS group at Malaysia, Canadian University of Dubai, Administrative Staff College of India, Indian Institute of Management at Lucknow and Amity University.
Mr. Chaturvedi’s key practice areas include leadership development, policy formulation and strategic HR, change management, talent and performance management, industrial relations, and Corporate social responsibility. He is handling human resource development vertical in OSS.
Bipin Chandra

Mr. Bhatt is a retired IAS officer. In his 38 years of service, he has worked in Government of Gujarat’s some of the key departments like Urban Development, Industries & Mines and organisations like Sardar sarovar Rehabilitation Agency (SSPA), Pashchim Gujarat Vij Nigam and Gujarat Energy Development Agency. He was part of the core team in the transformational Jyoti Gram Project that ensured round the clock electricity supply to every village of Gujarat. Mr. Bhatt’s core strength includes land and revenue management, resettlement and rehabilitation, electricity and renewable energy.
Dr. Dharmang C Baxi
Labour Laws & Industrial Relations
Mr. Baxi retired as Additional Commissioner of Labour from Government of Gujarat after working with the government for 30 years. He has experience of enforcement of labour laws, reconciliation process, contract labour, inter-state migrant workmen, other aspects of industrial relations, etc. As additional Commissioner, he was actively involved in policy formulation, represented the State Government at Indian Labour Conference and was member in expert committees that formulated labour related rules.
Dr. Baxi has worked as visiting faculty at Gujarat State Judicial Academy, Gujarat University, CEPT University, BK School of Management and was a panelist in a seminar organized by IIM Ahmedabad.
Harkant Dave

Mr. Dave retired as Joint Director of Industrial Safety & Health, Government of Gujarat. Trained at CDC, ATSDR, Atlanta, he has a rich experience of training industrial accidents prevention and accident investigation, besides designing policy contours of some of the key issues in this area. He led the introduction of digital systems and computerization of Directorate of Industrial Safety & Health. His domain expertise includes training in industrial safety, safety audit and industrial safety and health related laws & procedures.
Mr. Dave presently also heads a consultancy company, Udyogamitra Associates which is associated with many large industrial clients.
Rajesh Bhargava

Mr. Bhargava retired as Executive Director from Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers Company Ltd. A Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from M. S. University, Vadodara, he has 42 years of hands on experience of chemical industry. Some of his significant achievements were re-commissioning of TDI plant and headed the team for Di calcium phosphate and NPK joint venture projects.
Mr. Bhargava was also Vice-chairperson of GNFC’s CSR organisation and on the board of Gujarat Green Revolution Company and Special invitee on Board Of Studies, GSFC University. Besides, he was one of the key member of GNFC’s prestigious Neem Project.
Virendra J Pandya

Mr. Pandya retired as Deputy Commissioner of Labour from Government of Gujarat after working for over three decades. He has a vast experience of industrial disputes, contract labour, gratuity cases, minimum wages, bonus related disputes, model standing orders, conciliation, strikes and lock outs, settlements and other aspects of industrial disputes.
He is the advisor to Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd., Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd., and GVK EVRM project. Mr. Pandya’s core areas consist of review of litigation, compliances, licensing requirements, advice on conciliation process and training of IR staff.
Ravindra Mohan

Shri Ravindra Mohan is an accomplished professional havingover 40 years of experience as Project Manager, Head of Corporate Functions, Unit Commissioning Manager, Regional Sales Head, etc. He has extensive experience of managing projects of high complexity and size across full life chain, leading cross functional teams and has delivered projects to global clients. His expertise also consists of breaking down EPC Contracts into executable smaller contracts, and carrying out activities associated with tendering, RFP, RFQ, bid analysis, negotiations, etc.
He has headed L&T's Corporate Initiative and Corporate Centre verticals and also their Middle East and Africa regions.
He has been visiting faculty at Project Management Institute of Larsen & Toubro Limited and All India Power Engineers Training Institute, Nagpur and has conducted multiple training programs for Larsen & Toubro Limited, IOCL, BHEL, Electricity Boards, etc. He was on Board of Studies of Team Lease Universities, besides having spoken at various conferences in India and abroad.

Mr. Chauhan is a gold medallist in electrical engineering and retired as Managing Director of Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited, Vadodara. He has a vast experience in erection, testing and commissioning of various types of electrical sub-stations, a major hydroelectricity plant, power evacuation from super thermal plants, and a few major solar power projects.
Mr. Chauhan’s core areas of expertise include project management & monitoring, resource optimization, improving reliability of in-plant electrical systems and laws governing use of electricity.
Mahendra N Patel

Mr. Patel is B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and a Certified Energy Manager. He has 34 years' experience of chemical plant operation and project execution mainly of chlor-alkali, chloromethanes, hydrogen peroxide and phosphoric acid plants. He has experience of handling various types of chlor-alkali plants starting from mercury cell to VI generation membrane cell technology.
Mahendra bhai superannuated as General Manager (Operations & Engineering) from Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd., Vadodara.

With over 32 years of professional experience, Mr. Mishra’s core expertise includes financial management, organisational restructuring and revival of industrial units in distress. Mr. Mishra strated his career with British India Corporation Ltd. and subsequently worked with Artificial Limbs Manufacturing Corporation of India, Director Finance in National Textile Corporation Ltd. He retired as Chairman cum Managing Director in Cotton Corporation of India Ltd.
Mr. Mishra has represented India in the Plenary Meeting of International Cotton Advisory Committee (ICAC) in Columbia (2013) and Greece (2014) and chaired its Organizing Subcommittee in 2015 and also presented a paper on Cotton Statistics.
Pramod Sharma

With a strong experience of over 37 years, Mr. Sharma has a diverse experience in the oil industry and has worked in different geographies within India and overseas. He served as a Director (Operations) in Oil India Limited where he primarily handled the production of crude oil and natural gas. He was also a member of various councils and boards of few other Government organizations like Petroleum Conservation Research Association (PCRA), Oil Industry Safety Directorate (OISD) which were chaired by Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, GoI.
Mr. Pramod Sharma earned his Masters in Geophysics from Banaras Hindu University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from All India Management Association (AIMA), Delhi.
Dinesh Mishra
Environmental Laws
Dr. Mishra is a member of Indian Forest Services since 1980. During his professional career spanning over 35 years, he has handled several developmental and forestry projects at both the field implementation level as well as the National and State Policy Planning level. Post his superannuation in 2016, he was involved in the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC) of the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) as Chairman and also as a Non Official Member of the National Biodiversity Authority of India, besides being on the Board of Gujarat Institute of Desert Ecology.
Dr. Mishra has always been conscious of balancing development with minimizing its adverse impact on the environment.
